These terms cover your use of the Pinnacle Patios website. By using the site you agree to them. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Pinnacle Patios.
Who builds your patio
Pinnacle Patios passes your enquiry to our independent Perth building partner, The Patio Factory in Welshpool. The building partner measures the site, gives you the quote, handles council approval, and designs, makes and installs the patio.
If you go ahead, your agreement for the work is with the building partner, on the terms in their written quote. The 15-year structural warranty and the lifetime workmanship guarantee come from the building partner, and BlueScope and Colorbond roofing also carries the manufacturer's own warranty.
Quotes and prices
A quote is free and you are under no obligation to accept it. The price for your patio is the one in your written quote, worked out after the on-site measure.
Interest-free finance is subject to the lender's approval and terms.
Information on this site
The patio styles, sizes, materials and council rules on this site are a general guide. Sizes and options for your patio are confirmed at your measure.
Council rules change and depend on your block. Check the rules for your property with your local council or with the building partner at your measure before you rely on them.
Pictures on this site
The pictures on this site are examples of the patio styles on offer, not photos of finished jobs. Your patio is designed to fit your house and block, so it will look different.

Where this site links to another website, such as a council's, we are not responsible for what is on it.

The words, pictures, drawings and design of this site belong to us. Do not copy them without our written permission.
The Patio Factory name and logo belong to The Patio Factory. Other brand names on this site, such as BlueScope, Colorbond, Orrcon, Palram, SolarSpan and Cooldek, belong to their owners.
